Harford families are already stretched thin by the failed policies of the Wes Moore administration. As the State pushes more costs to County governments, we must ensure our spending doesn’t result in local tax hikes.

We love our rural character, our farms, and our open spaces. Over the last three years, County Executive Bob Cassilly has led the fight against over-development but received frequent pushback and delays from the County Council. With a decade of experience in senior roles in State and local transportation agencies, Sam understands firsthand the negative consequences that unchecked development patterns have on our communities. As your next Council President, Sam will lead the fight on the Council to preserve what we value most about Harford County. Development should compliment our way of life, not destroy it.
